American Tree Farm System (ATFS) Sign License Agreement with the
ATFS Certified Group: Wisconsin DNR Managed Forest Law Program

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the MFL group member ____________  ("Licensee") and  the Wisconsin DNR Managed Forest Law Program ("Licensor") for use of the regulation Certified Tree Farm Sign, here forth referred to as the “Tree Farm Sign”

1.  This Agreement shall be effective upon Licensee receipt of Tree Farm Sign. _______________ ("the Effective Date").

2.   Licensee shall pay to Licensor a fee of $35.00 per license for use of the Tree Farm Sign(s). Up to nine (9) additional signs are available at a cost of $12.00/sign. The license fee includes shipping costs within Wisconsin and one (1) Tree Farm Sign. Additional shipping & handling charges may apply.

3.   Licensor shall make the Tree Farm Sign available to Licensee upon receipt of the signed license and all applicable fees.
 
4.  Any use of the ATFS Logo in whole or in part is forbidden without express consent of ATFS. Included with the license agreement are the standards for properly displaying the Tree Farm sign. Signs not displayed according to the AFF guidelines may be subject to removal.

5.  Licensor shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever in connection with the use of the Tree Farm Sign.

6.  The Tree Farm Sign is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
 
7.  This Agreement shall be in effect from the Effective date until such time as the land ceases to be enrolled in the ATFS Certified Group Organization or upon decertification, whichever is sooner.
 
  8.  The Tree Farm sign(s) continue to be the property of the American Forest Foundation and shall be returned to the American Tree Farm System via the Wisconsin Tree Farm Committee if the land ceases to be enrolled in the ATFS Certified Group Organization.

9. Signs must be removed upon decertification of property.

10. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Licensor and Licensee for use of the Tree Farm Sign.
