About the event
Our 2026 event is Saturday, August 1st, at the Grover Tree Farm of Oconto County, Outstanding Tree Farmers of 2025. Located about 3 miles southwest of City of Gillett, the Grover Tree Farm will host walking tours and a wagon ride tour. Features include: special sites and highlights of the Grover property, wildflower and native grass management, wetlands restorations, and invasive plant control. Welcome refreshments open at 8:00am. Main events from 830am - 2:00 pm, with an additional optional demonstration at 2:15pm.
Pre-registration for this event is required. Deadline July 24th. Registration fee covers morning refreshments, lunch and a field tour booklet. Register online or by mail. Open to public. Family-friendly.
Outdoor event. Dress for the weather! Terrain may be uneven.
